What makes a person human is their identity. Their identity is what identifies them and sets them apart from others. One’s surface may be very similar to those around you, but if one looks at deeper factors that make up that identity, they will find those factors show a different meaning behind how they are, what they do, and how they look. A person’s personality is made up of a person’s beliefs, values, and what one treasure. These variables are the internal factors which put together a person’s identity as a whole. For me, my outward appearance shows a girl who’s 5” 2’, a young adult with dark brown eyes and hair. Now, look at my actions, the way I walk and talk helps identify that I’m a casual individual who can be very open in my friend group. But once I’m around large groups with those whom I do not know, I tend to keep to myself and try to fit in while failing to at the same time. My body size and how I life heavy objects show that I pay attention to my health and work to be able to do the most with my body as I can. It also shows that I am conforming to the society I identify myself with. The western ideal of beauty is one with a small body and curves. I strive to get the body in healthy manners such as diet and exercise. The Middle Eastern idea of beauty is a woman whom respects herself and covers her body to keep away unwanted stares. Also, a woman with a fit body is considered ideal. The way I present myself through my body movement and language shows that I am someone who respects myself with the way I speak and is very polite with others. These actions reveal what I believe and care
