Trust by definition is to be able to rely on a partner to be truthful and faithful no matter the circumstance. Being in a marriage is a commitment, you should be able to rely on your significant other to make the right choices for your marriage. In addition, another key element of “trust” is just flat out telling the truth. Furthermore, not having complete trust in your partner could cause a in the relationship, and could cause each partner to become suspicious of the others activities.
