In Philadelphia a man by the name Delvin Barnes kidnapped women off the streets a month before he allegedly hit a teen girl with a shovel and stuffed her in the back of the trunk of a car.
Barnes is a 37 year old man he was tracked down by a GPS that police used in his car. Barnes was to appear in court for the alleged Philly kidnapping but he made a detour to Virginia and faces another charge there for another allege kidnapping.
The kidnappings being a month apart and 275 miles away it is said that have some similarities.

Because Barnes was an amateur (in my perspective) he left a good amount of clues. Barnes allegedly used her credit card in Aberdeen, Maryland, and that same day he used it again or allegedly used it again at a convince store.
Due to having video surveillance of both transaction they released the video. Thanks to a car dealer who alerted the authority after he identified Barnes police found Freeland-Gaither on Wednesday night in Jessup, Maryland. After have finding Freeland-Gaither she was then hospitalized and returned to her family on Thursday after a harrowing three days.
“Freeland-Gaither had injuries, but nothing life threatening, fortunately.” Ramsey had said. As for the Philly case they do not know when it will be arraigned, but due to what he did to the 16 year old it is unlikely that he will be
