Describe three strengths of your activity. (3 marks) Three strengths of my activity were teamwork, communication and enthusiasm. As a team with my other three group members, we were able to plan together a significant and fun game. The game itself involved the whole class to work together as a team and solve the problem of unknotting themselves. Everyone was able to be an active participant in the game by getting up and moving around, which was a great way for all the leaders and buddies to be involved. I would also time it more properly so that one group won’t finish before the second group started. I will have to make sure that the entire class is listening and they start at the same time with solving the knot. Therefore, one group won’t end up finishing super early and hang around doing nothing. Finally, I would also change the last part of the activity which was getting the whole class into a knot as the class was too big and it was too ineffective. I could change the instructions to make it work or continue with the smaller groups but with different people every time. What skills did you learn as a leader and what can you improve on? (3 marks) Skills I learned as a leader was that listening is a big key to success. Even if my group present the activity efficiently, it is important for the audience to be listening and absorbing the information too. Next time, I can improve on finding a way to get the students’ attention so that we can all be on the same page. Therefore, this can prevent any miscommunication and problems that occurred while making the game less
