If you stop by the basketball court on Fridays in my neighborhood, you see many kids wearing various team jerseys, shooting hoops. You would see Adam playing basketball in an orange jersey with the number 16 printed in black on the back. He is there every day after school and basketball is all he talks about. The number 16 on his jersey is his lucky number; his dad got it made for him as a birthday gift, and ever since then, he always wears it while playing. Aside from Adam and the other players on the court, two girls sit amongst a group of friends shuffling cards and laughing at almost everything, while trying to entertain everyone around them. The song gave out a garage rock type of vibe. That song was coming from a black iPhone, which belonged to Lizzie. She was shuffling cards in her hands, with her head thrown back from laughing. Sitting near the middle of the bench was Sarah. Her perfectly manicured hand was holding onto a mini makeup mirror, while on her lap was a dark red makeup bag, which she carries everywhere. A tube of lipstick that she had just finished applying on her lips was lying beside her foot. The lipstick was then knocked over as Jenna stood up from the bench and rushes towards the little kids playing with each other. Her voice was loud as she starts to introduce herself to the kids in a playful manner. Her words were unclear since she is on the verge of laughing and giggling with everything she says.
