Earlier this week, Wade Jamison was fatally shot in his home. The people who are allegedly responsible for this horrific crime are Melvin Simms, R.W. Simms, and Harlan Granger. The Simms brothers carried out the crime, while Mr. Granger paid them a large sum of money to do so. It is thought that the brothers broke into Mr. Jamison’s house around 1:00 A.M. Wednesday morning and tried to shoot Mr. Jamison while he was sleeping. When Mr. Jamison woke up and fought back, the Simms brothers fatally shot him with the gun that T.J. Avery allegedly stole from the Barnetts.
How does the social position affect the person and their surroundings? As M.R.C. Kasasian said “The poor, are kind to each other, but that is because they have nothing to lose, ' he said. This occurred when Mary was able to decide who she would like to marry instead of having her parents arrange a marriage for her. Mary was able to choose John Noyes to become her first husband. “John’s parents made no objection; on the contrary, they were eager for the marriage to take place before another winter came down. Mary’s parents responded with markedly less enthusiasm” . One can tell by the reaction of Mary’s parents that they respected her opinion on who she wanted to marry however did not fully like the idea of who she was marrying.
Maybe he wasn’t happy enough to be with Laci or if he wasn’t ready to have a real family. His motives are unexplainable on why he did what he did but no one will know why because only he was there to know what happened.
Johnny Cade, in anger, killed Robert in cold-blood. He was not injured, because he was able to nurse Curtis back to health. This was not self defence, or man-slaughter. This was murder, where no one is innocent.
From Jess’ perspective, when Ben had returned home after finding out from the affair and failed an attempt to speak to him, “Ben was still standing there looking at [Jess]. Then [Jess] heard [Ben] close the door just as quiet as he’d opened it” (Cash pg. 273). After Jess had revealed the news to Ben, he drank alcohol and sent off to threaten his wife and the pastor. However, he returned home to say goodnight to his son.
She is the daughter of the Clutter family, and she dies without reason just like the rest of the family. The Clutter family had nothing to do with the murders, which makes it more confusing on why Perry wanted to kill them. One of the officers even remarks, “Well, it was pretty bad. That wonderful girl—but you would never have known her. She’d been shot in the back of the head with a shotgun held maybe two inches away.”

Sara and Brenda worked together to kill Gretchen. I have come to this conclusion because there are many sources and examples of good evidence. Also because they both had a strong hatred towards Gretchen, and they were both always together doing things. My two reasons that I have to support my answer are that Sara and Brenda both hate Gretchen, and that both these girls are always together doing things with each other, like communicating and plotting. Sara and Brenda worked together to kill Gretchen because there was a lot of evidence showing that they were communicating and working/being together for everything, which led to Gretchen being dead.

Deliberate Intent On the night of March 3, 1993 James Parry shot and killed two people Mildred Horn and Janice Saunders, who were taking care of young Trevor. Trevor was killed after James removed Trevor’s medical device. James used the book Hit Man to get away with the murder, from booking the right hotel to making a disposable silencer. OJ became the prime suspect of their murders. This case is well known to this day for many reasons, including the LAPD’s tampering with evidence. One way the LAPD ignored the law is when they entered OJ’s home without talking to OJ, and without a search warrant. This resulted in an illegal search where the evidence that was found would not be admissible in court.
