1) Can you generally identify and understand what emotions you are feelings and why? In general I am very good at identify my emotions. I am in a more advance stage of my life now. I am 37 years old and I learned with my errors how to identify my emotions and how to cope with them so I can have a healthier life. When I was a teenager for sure I did not know how to manager my emotions in a healthy way. An example of this was that I started to suffer from Anorexia nervosa when I was eighteen. Today I try to cope with my emotions by first identifying them. Second I always ask myself some simple questions; can I control these situations? Can I do anything to solve this problem or I have to wait?
2) Do you usually internalized or externalized? Is it healthy?

I am a person that takes time to think about things before take any actions. However, there is one time in which I externalized my emotions, is that is when I am PMS’. I have very severe symptoms of PMS and when I am in those days I am very emotional, sensitive and I have no patient at all. But to help control the situation a little I always warned my husband and kids that I am feeling that way so they can also help me and understand.
3) Can you easily empathize with others? Yes, definitely. I would say that I develop more of this skill with my psychology courses. I used to feel sympathy for people more often than empathy. But with the insight that I acquired throughout my psychology courses I learned how to instead of just feeling sorry for the person, try put myself in their shoes. Which is a totally different
