TJ Maxx’s employees also reflect a positive and negative view towards the company's diversity efforts. Many of the recent comments on job sites from employees have been positive towards the company and their coworkers they have worked with. On Indeed there are no comments related to the diversity of TJ Maxx. Although there are bad comments from recent employees stating that,”The pay is not great.” That doesn’t reflect negatively towards the diversity of TJ Maxx. Although TJ Maxx is crushing it in the retail sales with the company producing impressive financial performances, while outperforming their competitors materially. TJ Maxx has been ranked third on the diversity score out of their competitors. Although there has only been 93 votes on this scale these are still employees reaching out from each company. Tj Maxx has not only been recognized for being one of the top one hundred most sustainable companies ,but it has also been recognized for their diversity. The board of directors has worked hard to improve and continue to support the international human right standards. When making these ethical rights decisions TJ Maxx states,”We strongly believe that for our policies and practices to be effective, they must evolve and be informed by the perspectives of our many stakeholders, including our Associates, customers, investors, and others.” With this statement being made the company states that they strive to maintain an open dialogue with these associates to achieve their goals. When considering big decisions the company accepts feedback from their associates and allows them to join virtually in these meetings.
