Everything’s stuck to him
I think age does negatively affect two peoples ability’s to do what they want to do or has plan on too, raise a child and still maintain a relationship. Age can negativity affect the life or life they have planned you want. In everything’s stuck to him it states “On this one Saturday night after he finishing his work upstairs the boy stayed in the dentist office and called a hunting friend” (986) He called his friend he hasn’t talked to in a while, to just to talk which shows that the boy really has not time for himself or any free time. Which kind of shows that he spends most of his working. Also it affect or make it harder to raise a child, which being a young adult can probably make it even harder, and your child starts becoming your first priority at the moment,

Carver states “I don’t think you should she said, I don’t want to be left alone with her like this.” (988) the boy had already planned on gong hunting with his friend, but the girl needed him for the baby, even though his friend and he have planned on going ahead of time, him an the girl got into argument, but the boy didn’t go hunting after all. That also shows that it can be difficult to maintain a relationship without a lot of fighting, arguing and problems. Carver states “you’re going to have to choose going hunting or family I mean it the girl said” (988) being young and having a child and not having as much free time, and being that young can be difficult, both the girl and boy arguing because of the baby causes them to argue. So yes age can negativity affect plans you have for the future, make it difficult you to raise a child , and maintain a healthy relationship.
