A funeral speech is normally a speech about what happened in the deceased’s life and how they impacted other people. When writing, Shakespeare took a different approach on writing about the funeral speeches. Brutus talks about why they killed Caesar, while Antony thinks aloud about if their reasoning was correct. They both did use pathos, logos, and ethos to convey their emotions.
