On Wednesday 10-14-15 at approximately 1700 hours I Officer Hildebrand and Sgt. Hard were advised by dispatch that Debra Vanblaricom was at the station asking to talk to an officer. Debra wished to report an assault on her granddaughter. We met with Debra in the Police Department to speak with her. Debra stated that she feared for her granddaughter 's safety.
Wednesday, September 1st, 2016 at approximately 12:58 p.m., I Detective L. Donegain conducted a noncustodial interview of Miguel Lonnell Manchion (black male, 6/2/1976 of 1207 Southwood Drive, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28304 (910) 364-1330). The interview was conducted at the Police Administration Building. The interview was audio and video recorded and is contained in the case file. The interview was transcribed by Speak Wright and is contained in the case file. The following is a summary of Miguel Manchion’s interview: - Miguel Manchion stated Derrick Robinson aka D-Rock girlfriend Emily had a party at her place earlier in the evening.
George Potzgo, 7 Darlin Dr. Reading, Pa. 19609(484) 638-0861was advised of the identity of Investigator Sean P. Brennan and of the confidential nature and purpose of the interview, Potzgo, provided the following information: George Potzgo has been a constable for over 12 years. One time Potzgo explained, he couldn’t remember the date; he was standing with Judge Hadzick, Kylie Scott a security guard and her sister Ashley Scott who is also a constable outside Judge Hadzick’s courtroom. Ashley Scott showed Hadzick something on her phone. Potzgo didn’t see what it was on Ashley’s phone, but Ashley read it out loud for everyone to hear. Potzgo couldn’t remember exactly what it said but it said something about a threesome or foursome between the constables and the judge.
He then heard a loud knock at his residence, at which point he open the door, and noticed it was his ex-girlfriend, brigett kelly, herien after reffered to as the arrestee. The victim advised that when open, the arrestee started to scream and yell due to not pick up his child early in the day. The victim stated that while the verbal altercation ensued, johniqua miller exited the bedroom due to all the commotion. The arrestee immediately noticed miller and became aggressive and proceeded to charge at miller. A physical altercation between miller and the arrestee ensued.
On the date of 03/08/2017 at about () hours I was dispatched to the address of 300 N 6th St (the Greybull Motel) in Greybull to a reported domestic violance situation. I was informed by dispatch that the reporting party was in the office of the motel at this time. Upon my arriavl at the above location I spoke with the reporting party, Donald MOFETT() who informed me that his girlfriend had struck him multiple times in the face, neck and shoulder. I observed that MOFETT 'S left eye apeared to be swollen, I also observed marks on the left side of his face, and on his right sholder. When I asked MOFETT what had happened prior to the incident he stated that himself and his girlfriend Montica ROMERO() had gotten a motel room to have some time away from her family that they are staying with, and that both parties had consumed alcohol.
On Friday, May 26,2017, at 1222 hours, Officer Hudgins and myself, Officer Alexander, responded to a domestic dispute on 3408 Seabass Rd. Upon arrival, both the witness and the suspect were sitting on the front porch. The victim was inside the resident at the time. The parties were brought outside, identified and separated for interviewing. The victim was identified as Olivia Reynolds.

Shaquana Wright, 37(maltreating caregiver), mother of Demecia does not reside in the home Annie Howard (maternal grandmother/caregiver) but frequently visits the home of to care for the child. The maltreatment addressed in this case is Substance Misuse and Environmental Hazards. The child in the home is functioning normally. Child is not exhibiting hunger issues or looking unkempt.
On Sunday 01/08/17 at 0312 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic at 1551 8th ST NE apartment #A in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Amanda Silverman, stated she there was a physical fight with pushing between she and her ex-boyfriend, Kalvin Rutagengwa. I met with Amanda outside her apartment. Amanda said at about 0210 hours Kalvin, who she had been dating for the past year and half, came to her residence. Amanda explained Kalvin did not live with her, but he was invited tonight.
