Dr. Siebren DeKuiper was a renowned and celebrated astrophysicist, who dedicated his entire life towards expanding his knowledge in the wondrous topic of black holes. He had been fascinated with black holes since he was a child. Growing up in the Netherlands, he had spent countless nights gazing at the beautiful skies above, dreaming of what mysteries lay beyond. Even after several years, his interests and passion towards black holes and galaxies remained unchanged, and he had gone on to become a renowned astrophysicist. Over the years, Dr. DeKuiper managed to achieve several groundbreaking discoveries in the field of astrophysics by developing new theories about the nature of black holes and their effects on the universe.

DeKuiper's obsession with black holes blinded him to the dangers of his own research. He became so fixated on the idea of harnessing their power that nothing else really mattered to him as long as he got closer to his goal. One day, after several sleepless nights and countless cups of coffee, Dr. DeKuiper finally achieved the breakthrough he was looking for; he believed he now had the knowledge to apply this theory into practice and created a device that could theoretically harness the energy of black holes. Shortly after, Dr. DeKuiper and his team boarded the high-tech spaceship that they spent years building that was capable of traveling large distances at an unimaginable speed (Hyperdrive from Star Wars). As they approached a massive black hole, Dr. DeKuiper’s obsession towards his goal began to drive him deeper into madness, as his greed began to cloud his judgment. He began to think of all the new advancements that the human civilization would make and the accolades he would receive if he were to succeed. As Dr. DeKuiper’s mind spiraled out of control, he ordered his crewmates to move closer and closer to the black hole, until they reached a point of no return. The black hole consumed everything within its vicinity; the spaceship and all the researchers and scientists within it perished. The tidal forces caused a “spaghettification” of their bodies, as they were stretched and destroyed beyond recognition by the warping of space. This story serves as a cautionary
