The introduction of any paper, movie or play is one of the most important parts. It grabs the attention of the audience. The Dracula production put on by AMCHS had a wonderful introduction. The stage managers did a very good job placing the set and posing the brides and Dracula during the very first part of the show. Though this section only lasted a few moments. A seamless scene transition followed. Even though the set did not change, the lighting and music did. The changes in sound and lighting helped the audience know when the scene was changing and where it changed to. If anyone was on the catwalk managing the lights during the production, we did not notice.Short, loud noises like when Dracula would jump from one set piece to another would make the audience jump in their seats a little and kept their attention.
The light on the stage also allowed us to appreciate the effective makeup the actors wore. The most complicated makeup on stage were the bloody effects on the faces of the brides. They all had some form of blood almost

The casting of this production was perfect. My friends and I did not know high school students were capable of acting that well. The facial expressions went perfectly with their tone of voice and their movements. Not once did the audience see an actor break character. Each cast member appeared as if they knew their character so well, they could improvise and still keep the show going without the audience even noticing. Everyone also looked their part due to the great costuming. The men were in suits and the women were in dresses. The costumes helped the audience know the time period of the story. The only thing wrong about the costumes was the side of Minas red dress. On both sides of her red skirt there was a white, jagged seam that stood out amongst the red. It was noticeable, but was easily ignored because of the talented actress wearing the
