In economy class, we watched the movie “Traffic”, it deals with drug trafficking and their 4 different stories but somehow they all connected together. I believe that economics and drug traffic relate to each other. Drugs in America have become a huge subject and it’s a risky one as will. Traffic help me see how the War on Drugs in the United States in a huge picture (way). I will be telling you all of this and more in my essay.

The knowledge that I have on drugs in America is that; it’s a huge business with people who are struggling each and every day or people who are already wealthy but see that as an easy way to gain money (just because). What I have learned in class regarding the Drug War in America is that usually, they get those who won’t be easy access to the police or those who are trying to win money any way they can. I have known that the drug business is a very deadly and tricky issue and you have to be extremely careful, so much violence. If one of the leaders of the cartel finds out that one of his workers have been; giving information about his operation, have been stealing drugs, or have been very suspicious, they killed or beaten or worse I believe I harming their families. The government wants to fix the problem but still have so much information to obtain and be on other countries good side, and the movie made me understand that the job isn’t the easiest but can be very dangerous. Also that many teenagers have an easy access to drugs and that’s one huge problem that still needs to be fixed, and it’s interesting how the judge’s daughter was the one with the problem and her parents didn’t expect
