Now if we compare this idea, to the drug market, it simply is the same matter. For example, Pablo Escobar is a famous drug kingpin, from Cuba. He ran some of the most famous, and dangerous drug cartels in the world, and at his peak moment, his net worth was $30 billion. Drugs are simply a form of a business, and if put into society can create a large revenue makeup, along with taxes on the product.
