Although most HR professionals have the ability to focus on multiple items to ensure that all state and federal requirements are adhered to by all employees of the firm, EasySpa has grown quickly and now needs additional support in the HR department. An HR professional can help ensure the corporate policies are compliant with state and federal regulations of employment practices. A compensation professional can research and develop job descriptions for the multiple locations so they are all following a standard operating procedure within the corporation.
