The book “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens, is about a wealthy man named Ebenezer Scrooge. The setting of the book is in a small city that is very cozy and nice to live in. But even though Scrooge lives in this cozy city, he still contains a heart full of anger. He is angry because his best friend named Marley died on Christmas day and he can't move on from the tragedy. When Scrooge is asked nicely to donate to the poor he rejects. When he is told Merry Christmas he scowls in annoyance. But one christmas eve, Marley's ghost, pays him a visit. He tells him to shape up his life or he will be a ghost. Since it is hard to convince Scrooge to do anything, Marley has three spirits take Scrooge to Christmas past, present, and future. The rising
