EHR Consultant The role of an EHR Consultant is responsible for working with practices to achieve National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) certification along with successfully developing, implementing, coordinating, facilitating and managing critical elements of the EHR project.
