Piper Moffitt Mrs. Greene 5th Period English Language Arts 11 January 2023 Was Elisa Lam Murdered? “You’re always haunted by the idea you’re wasting your life,” said by Chuck P, featured on Elisa Lam’s Tumblr - an unfortunate, but ironic addition to her already tragic story. Elisa Lam was born on April 30, 1991. She was a 21-year-old Chinese-Canadian student, who during a vacation to downtown Los Angeles, went missing from LA’s infamous Cecil Hotel on January 31, 2013. She was found dead February 19, 2013.
