As the whole development of an adolescent takes place within his/her own perception, within the family at home and at school with peers, the conflicts and changes of these will act as the associated factors for the emotional and behavioral problems of them. Age, gender, ethnicity, religion and habits such as sleep pattern and habit of substance abuse are the individual factors that determine the emotional and behavioral health.
