In my geometric character analysis I analyzed Paul and Erik Fisher. Paul and Erik are brother that have a kind of broken relationship. Paul is the main character in the story while Erik seems to be praised by both his parent because of the “Erik Fisher football dream”. Erik seems to be always in the background causing mischief without the parents seeing it while Paul is just trying to get through 7th grade.
I made Paul an octagon colored in light blue that fades into an orange. He is also in the center of the page. The octagon is a light blue because Paul is a nice and kind kid, but it fades into orange because when he plays soccer it's not a game to him. On page 198 When he is talking to Gino after they beat his team, Gino says, “It’s cool I don’t mind. It’s only a game, Mars.” and Paul quietly replies “Maybe to you it is.” The octagon is in the center of the page because Paul is the main character in the book.

He is also slightly behind paul “hiding in his shadow”. I made the triangle black fading into gold then fading into red because Erik is really shady and shifty. Like it says on page 168 He could see Erik lurking behind him hiding in the shadows. The gold represents how whenever he is near is parents or any adult he always acts like a golden kid and also because his parents, especially his dad see him as their favorite, shown by how paul is always talking about the “Erik Fisher football dream”. The red represents his rage, like how on page 205 after Tino mocks him he quickly hits Tino across the face because of how mad he got and then again on page 262 when Paul is telling him how he saw Arthur kill Luis Cruz and Erik Starts Yelling LIAR!! and smashes one of Arthur's head lights. I have him smaller and behind the octagon because as I stated on page 168 it talked about how Erik was figuratively lurking behind him hiding in the
