There are many different signs of depression that reveal a person's problem. For example, they will talk about how difficult their life is, have a problem with their relationship, want to be alone, hopelessness about their future, and their sleep or eating habits. They may feel worthless, have less energy, lose interest in things they used to enjoy and feel guilty. Depression is the most common mental disorder, it not only for adults who feel depressed but for children and teenagers as well.
