In the United States, education is a key for development. And it is a vital for a holistic national growth and wellbeing of a society. Education is a major tool, the most basic, and foundational for everything. The procedures, processes and methodologies of education take a lion’s share in producing quality human resource. If it will lead properly, an education system has a positive impact on a nation. On the other hand, if it will lead wrongly, it will have a negative consequence, considered as generation killer and disaster. In this paper, here below is mentioned some of my reflections on America’s education system. So, reengineering the U.S. education system, it demands strong leadership, centralization and standardization.

education system demands centralization reform. The centralization requires overhauling of the education system at a national level. The current decentralized education management system provides an autonomous power to the states. But this education management system yields different results throughout the three states, we visited. The U.S. education system has failed to hold the entire government-controlled school system accountable for its poor performance. The centralization reform efforts should place the American public education system to a higher level and should diagnose the problems. Teachers, administrators, parents and other stakeholders are responsible for the public education reforms. A failed system, due to decentralization, has a negative impact or consequence to the nation and there is, certainly, attributing the failure of reform towards a destructive of education. American policy-makers or education system reformers should begin to create a centralized, monopolistic public education system from the Federal level up to the low local school level. A comprehensive, centrally controlled at the Federal level and this centralized public education system is crucial to America’s future. The Federal government should give a great attention to the reform on centralization, as education is basic, important, and fundamental in creating a future
