To play football, you have to be aware of the risks of the game. The game that they play is very physical. Football players in the National Football League, College, High School, and even the kids that play in peewee leagues do not care about the risks, they just want to play the game they love. Head injuries are one of the most common injuries in a football player. Neurologist Dr. Julian Bailes talked about the subject many times explaining the risks of injuries, but that doesn’t stop his kids from playing the game that people know and love. “I have two children who play football and I believe football is safer than it’s ever been” (Nixon).
