Careers and College Research Paper Following high school I would like to join the Navy and become a Navy Seal. The Navy Seals is one the few special forces the Navy has to offer. Seals stands for SEA, Air, and Land. This program has a very a high standard of physical fitness and mental toughness. This career requires at least six years of service before a member can retire. This program also has a very high rate of failure to do either by quitting, not meeting physical or academic requirements , and mental related injury. I chose this career to proof to myself that I can do anything I set my mind to. The Navy is one of the larger branches in the U.S Military. The Navy centers around the Seas and oceans on a worldwide scale. The Navy Seals were started in the early 1960s “by President Kennedy”. One requirements is to pass a physical fitness test. Another requirement is to also pass the (asvab) test. This career can offerd a person a life long way to live their daily lives. The training in the branch can be used to help a person succeed because of the functioning under high stress during training. Many people create a bond with the other people in the
