American athletes are not the only athletes who use performance enhancing drugs. There have been many cases where international athletes have used these drugs. The olympics is one of many international organizations where there has been athletes who have been caught using performance enhancing drugs. The olympics is an international sporting event where countries from around the world come to one place and compete against each other in dozens of sporting events. There are two types of olympics, Summer and Winter. The sports played in each olympics are representative of the corresponding season. The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum states the voting shall be based upon the player’s record, playing ability, integrity, sportsmanship, character, and contributions to the team(s) on which the player played (“Should Baseball”). Based on how voting works, those players should not be voted for due to the failure to uphold the key parts of integrity, sportsmanship, and character. Some people believe that they should be allowed to enter the Hall of Fame due to the numbers they put up on the field. Many argue that the numbers they put up were due to the performance enhancing drugs they used. In the past few Hall of Fame ballots, some major athletes who have used or suspected of using are on the ballot. This includes the famous Barry Bonds who holds the major league record for most home runs in a season. The main reason he has not be able to get enough votes to make the Hall of Fame is because many do not want a cheater to hold a spot in the Hall. Although many want these type of guys in the Hall of Fame, they will not be able to see their name in a plague
