A small kid from Santa Barbara, California by the name of Randall Cunningham wanted to play football. Randall Cunningham played the position as a Quarterback and played 16 seasons for National Football League. Not only did Randall play the position as quarterback he also played as a punter. Randall Cunningham played for the Eagles before being drafted to the Vikings. Randall Cunningham was known for throwing the farthest footballs in college but his best throwing pass was when he made an epic play in the second quarter of the game by throwing a pass to Fred Barnett. As far as I know there has never been a quarterback in National football history to take over a game like Randall Cunningham had did. Before Randall Cunningham made history in the NFL he had made a name for himself at the University of Nevada with being named to the College Football Hall of Famer as a punter. Randall Cunningham had an amazing arm and that is why he was able to throw so far. Not only was he blessed with an arm he was quick on his feet and had mobility. He was not only to become famous while in college but he would end up make NFL history by making an incredible pass. When he made National Football history he was being rushed by Bruce Smith on the Eagles five yard line and was pushed into the endzone. After realizing his injury was affecting his way of playing. He would be benched and he felt like his wasn’t appreciated by his fans or the organization. Randall was not happy with himself either since he role was now back-up quarterback. When he finally made the decision to leave he left the Eagles with the third most rushing yards in Eagles history and second in passing yards. Randall Cunningham still holds the Eagles record with 6.62 yards per rush attempt, 422 sacks, and 6.5 yards per pass attempt in playoff games.
