In addition, the notice should also include a deadline that states when is the last day to send in all RCA’s to your department. The method of sending the RCA’s to your department is by ups shipping. Your department will then supply each individual law enforcement department with free shipping labels that waive all shipping fees. After your department receives all shipped RCA’s, the next step would be to send large trucks with containers attached to your department and have them load their containers with all RCA packages received.
