The United States should scrap the recycling program. First of all, one reason is that it is cheaper to scrap the recycling program. To continue, scraping it is cheaper because we use less factories. Lastly, we use less energy and gas. Also we do not have to pay for trucks. The trucks and other materials can be really expensive. My paragraph will include facts from the Tribune News Service.
