This procedure is associated with negative perceptions (comfort, privacy and confidentiality). It has also been observed that first time exposure to TVUS in young married women is associated with fears and concerns, that ultimately affects their level of comfort and acceptance of Transvaginal ultrasound (TVUS). Objectives: To investigate the fears and concerns of patients undergoing Transvaginal ultrasound (TVUS) and to explore the reasons related to patients hesitance or acceptance for first exposure to Transvaginal ultrasound (TVUS). The study involved 30 young married women between 20-30-year-old undergoing Transvaginal ultrasound examination for the first time. It utilized survey, which was randomly distributed to them, anonymously, used open and close ended questions to collect and gain meaningful data about fears, concerns and perceptions of women undergoing TVUS examinations first-time. The survey had three parts included demographic part, general health and fertility part, and Transvaginal ultrasound part which had three sections of pre-procedure, during the procedure, and post-procedure questions. The data collected and analyzed by using Google drive application. This project is proposed to last for 2 months and will be distributed in the Ultrasound
