CEJA Opinion On Abortion

Abortion is when a woman ends her pregnancy so it does not result in the birth of a child. I believe that abortion was legalized in 1973, when the Supreme Court heard the case of Roe vs. Wade. Jane Roe created a trimester system, which doctors and physicians follow. They are not allowed to perform abortion after the second trimester. Abortion has become a common form of birth control in the United States. The CEJA opinion on the abortion is as stated, they agree with the issue, but there are certain guidelines and restrictions. The principles of medical ethics of the CEJA do not stop a physician from performing an abortion to a patient. Under circumstances that do not violate the law and carry thru good medical practice. The CEJA stated that the decision making should come down to the patient whether they are a minor or adult. They are to be provided with information and counseling from the practice of their choice. I do agree with the CEJA opinion on abortion. I like the fact that they have implemented these guidelines and regulations to both protect the doctors and most importantly the patients. Knowing that each state puts their own restrictions and rules on each doctor that choose to perform theses abortions to their patients. So, I strongly agree with the restrictions the CEJA has put in place. The

I feel that certain things happen in a person life that draws them to that drastic decision. My view on the issue, I know of people that have had multiple abortions. I feel that if two people decide to lie down together they should know the consequences. Insurance companies have made it very easily for individuals that want to terminate their pregnancy, because it no longer cost them out of pocket.
