Introduction to leader:
“Leaders are the people who do right things and leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it” (Dwight D. Eisenhower). The leaders are the people who set the direction for their followers; they build an inspiring vision and always try to something new. Generally, they use management skills and guide the other people. In Health care field, the leaders need specific skills to handle the management because it’s a very sensitive field. No one can do any small mistake in taking the decisions.

It focus on the rightness and wrongness of actions as well as goodness and badness of motives and ends” (Pozger, 2013, p. 2). Health care ethics is the set of moral principles, beliefs and values that guides about medical care.
To study ethics is most important because we can easily take judgments, good decisions and right choice. If the any health professionals do not follow the moral principles of ethics then ethical issue will arise.

It is the one type of privacy between patient-physician relationships. The all health care professionals have to maintain confidentiality if patient want to do.
In my organization, this issue occurs with one man with AIDS. He wants to keep confidential his health status from the family. But, the physician told his wife about her husband disease condition. So, there is a breaking of rules of confidentiality by physician.
As a leader I have to analyze the issue and I found that it’s mistake by physician because there is strict laws for AIDS patient about Confidentiality. The AMA code of ethics states that a physician may reveal confidences and medical deficiency if necessary to protect a vulnerable individual or community. In this case, the physician must show the patient’s condition and his ability to take decision. If the patient’s condition is critical and he is not able to make decision about his life then, physician can break the rules of confidentiality.
