We believe as Biblical Worldview thinkers that all of life is precious and sacred and must be considered as such. Euthanasia and assisted suicide I believe is not an option. The Bible makes it clear that we are take care of “the least of these”. This includes people in the dying process from all walks of life. It is essential that we care for these people and make sure they have everything they need and are cared for in the best way possible during their most vulnerable and weakened state. We are to uphold the golden rule of “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. Quote 5: It is ok to say no. This is a really hard lesson to learn in life regardless of the situation. When the prognosis of care looks grim and it doesn’t look like anything is going to improve we need to encourage our loved ones to say no. Further treatment and medicine can actually cause more damage and pain than necessary and prolong the inevitable. It is ok to say no. Quote 6: To be able to say no and realize that resurrection is the ultimate goal. To be able to let go of the hurt and pain and realize that we will see them again.
