In terms of footwear manufacturing companies, the environmental issues are concerned by some footwear manufacturing companies, for example, hazard chemicals, wasted material, high footprint. As a result, they are contributing in improve negative environmental situations. These companies claim that they are committed their products are environment-friendly on the website.

There are a few sustainability topics are presented under the sustainability page, the sustainability page contains waste reduction, materials, recycling. Information is presented through text, videos and reports. The sustainability performance data was dated from 2009 to 2015

This is the website of the footwear manufacturing company, Puma Inc. The sustainability page contains information on waste reduction, recycling, energy, water. Therefore. Nike has reduced carbon emissions in the logistics, footwear manufacturing, in addition, Nike expands application of renewable energy in building environment, as a result, the per unit CO2 decreased by 13% from 2011 to 2013, however, based on information shown in Puma website, the carbons emissions increase 18% from 2013-2014, specifically, transportation is the significant source of CO2 emissions.

Conclusion
Nike demonstrates significant concern about the environmental criteria which are proven in this report, where Adidas and Puma does not appear to be as active and sufficient in the environmental concerns aspects. Nike provides most comprehensive information about environment concerns, a wide range of environmental issues and strategies are addressed on the Nike website. There are not significant waste reduction measures in environment aspects, thought Adidas has positive waste reduction management.
