There are many uses for cold compress such as: modern infections don 't help the swelling, muscle pain and sometimes endless cases of ankle sprain, and a few fires, but should be used with caution because the body needs a certain temperature. And the procedure for applying cold compresses ' tap water container by specifying it in a bowl of ice or snow to add water. Use a thermometer to check and change the water temperature to 59C°.
