Id. Our client likely does not have a viable claim because even if the conduct of Mr. Bega was mean it has not reach the level of outrageous, intolerable or extreme. In Harris v. Kreutzer, 271 Va. 188, the court has to consider if the action done by the doctor was outrageous. The patient sued the clinical psychologist for medical malpractice and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Throughout the past 11 months Maribel did not have an exacerbation of current medical conditions. No hospitalization, ER visit or serious acute illnesses/injuries. Client’s major concern continues being her behavioral episodes that included disruption (yelling, crying, cursing), self-injury (biting self, picking scabs, head banging), and aggression (hitting, slapping, scratching, biting peers or staff). Susan Giles is a 32 year old woman who suffers from an anxiety disorder called Agoraphobia. She is a mother of two kids, a wife, and a good friend to many people. Susan loved her life, but soon after moving to Chicago for her husband’s job, her world turned upside down. She had everything she wanted and needed, but started experiencing physical symptoms such as tingling in her legs, nausea, and a feeling of disorientation. She would sit and stare for many hours.
Her issues incorporate side effects of clinical tension (e.g., she is troubled while being distant from everyone else at home amid the night or reasons for alarm being assaulted when going home at night; she has a checked apprehension of 'affliction from a psychiatric issue '), useless passionate regulation techniques (e.g., she portrays herself as 'delicate on the enthusiastic level '; she frequently receives maladaptive feeling regulation procedures that take the type of ruminations fixated on her "shortcoming" and 'powerlessness).
Her symptoms presented when Client A’s father started a new job and when she transferred into a new school (precipitant). Client A admits to feeling anxious, angry and frustrated when she is being ignored and misunderstood. She firmly believes everyone in her life should listen, believe and try to understand her. When others do not abide by her decisions or value her thoughts and emotions, she feels abandoned and that no one cares for her (maladaptive cognition). In response to her thoughts/emotions, Client A reacts with angry outbursts and becomes defensive, defiant and disrespectful towards others along with efforts to controlling them as well (maladaptive behavior).

The global market is becoming more competitive and as a result, many businesses adopt strategies that cut costs to ensure that they do not run bankrupt. When employees are injured, the potential cost of injury claims impacts a company’s WCB premiums.
Emotional neglect – “failure to provide adequate nurturing and affection to a child or the refusal or delay in ensuring that the child received the needed treatment for behavioural problems. It may also involve exposure to extreme domestic violence”. This could be seen as emotional neglect and he feels abandonment from his mother. He seems to feel that she no longer worries about him and is now more focused on her new husband. I also feel that they have failed to protect Alex from certain dangers which is shown in his fighting with one of his fellow peers at school.
Her disorder becomes obvious. She has paranoid schizophrenia. A psychotic disorder in which the person loses touch with the real world. Hallucinations and delusions are a major symptom of the disorder. Two which are constant struggles to Nina.
