“Night” Essay I bet that you wouldn’t want to be in the position the Jews were in during the holocaust. “Night” by Elie Wiesel was published in 1985. This book tells us all the stuff that Elie went through during the holocaust and on, about how bad they were treated at the time.Some ways the Jews were being dehumanized was that they were forced to watch people getting hanged, they tattooed numbers as their new name and some even killed their own family members. The Jews were forced to watch people get hanged. That is very unhuman.(the two adults were no longer alive. Their tongues hung swollen blue tinged.
