Fundamental attribution error is when people based other people's characteristic on their personality and underestimate the power of external influences. People are very quick to believe in the worst of other people, but tend to attribute their own bad traits to external stimulus but failed to do the same for other people. There are many explanations that could explain the reason behind the behaviors of people that should take in consideration of other factors as well because people's mood often change because of what happens to them on a daily basis. This paper aims to find out student's reasoning to explain teacher's anger and how the expression of anger can influence causal attribution. The paper explain that there are 2 types of aggressive anger, distributive anger and passive aggressive anger. Distributive anger is when the expression of anger is direct and sometimes include the use of abusive language while passive aggressive is when anger is expressed in an indirect way (eg. silent treating) both types of anger are seen as threatening. The second type of anger is called assertive anger which is considered non threatening and more acceptable. Furthermore, as the paper has stated, students were aware that they were the cause of their teacher's anger but failed to recognized that as an external cause. There by elucidating that his behavior might have been a result of my actions. I may have done something that was upsetting for him but failed to realized it. The external causes that caused the reaction might not have been the rain or what had happened earlier; I might have been the source of his anger but has failed to noticed it which although the paper did not explain the reason behind this, it is probably because of the effect of actor-observer bias. I was oblivious to my own action because of attributional biases. Although I tried to reason his behavior I still failed to recall my own actions. This paper has made me understand the reasons to why I judged the man in a certain way, and also made me see that people can be oblivious towards their own actions and can project a situation in a way that does not hurt the self but it can also be seen that through introspection self action can be salient. In conclusion, situational factor can have a tremendous effect on a person, we must not fail to realized this and the fact that we might be the person causing the
