In Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare creates a violent world, in which two young people fall in love. In Shakespeare's play, Romeo and Juliet the characters are immature in some ways. The characters individually show immaturity and together they ignore the world's effects more than just their own lives. Romeo acts impulsive and immature throughout the play. Romeo falls in love with Juliet and forgets Rosaline, his first love. "Did my heart love till now? Forswear it, sight. For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night". This scene shows Romeo falling in love with Juliet at the ball and forgetting Rosaline quickly.
