Racism in the Workforce

What is racism? Racism is defined as a belief that one race is better than the other. I am here to tell you that this is in fact not true. The people of Earth are all of the same race if we think about it. Better known as the human race or “homosapiens” if you will. Yet, we still hate on one another as if we are a completely different species. There are many who believe the same way I do, but then again there are those few who see it the other way, that one race is better than the other.
My purpose of informing you of this issue is because it's been going on for way too long. The human race needs to become one with each other and accept the fact that we are all the same just have different qualities. If everyone was exactly alike the world would be boring. Around this time in America the states were divided because the Northern states wanted to abolish slavery. Having slaves was a way of life for them back then they just thought it was normal maybe and it was the way they were raised. Jump forward to the 1960’s when the Civil Rights Act was signed in 1964 to abolish all segregation based on the color of someone's skin. This is when all rights were given to every human in America this is when all racism should have stopped, but you still have those few who are still racist. Today I see most of that racism in the workforce
