First of all, I would like to point the basic definition of God, egoism, and relativism. Ethic religious are the moral that set up like the banner for the faithful to follow and get aware what is acceptable actions or not. With Egoism ethic, this moral considers someone only focus on their benefits and ignore ones' demands. In relativism, it is a frame for goodness and wrongness. It would be considered flowing different reasons or standards. Next one, I would to say how God, egoism, and relativism stand out within American culture. As my observation, American has a strong faith to God (Catholic and Baptism) because they are mainly from Europe. It does not look like American only concerns their stuff or try to fight to achieve what they desire. Maybe, it should be called individualism. American is so nice and friendly, but they would not interrupt too much in other's business, like parents always care child, but they do not force child to do as their mind. They would give child chances to choose following child’s desires. It is different compared to Asian. Asian parents force child have to study well or get A! The last one, which I find, is relativism. Besides, I would like to say a little bit about Affirmative Action which is kind of one supports for ensure fair admission practices and to rectify a long period of gender and racial discrimination. Back to this situation, I think I would respect Bobbie following the Affirmative Action- no discrimination on gender. I do because Bobbie is a long-time employee working for my business. He has taken one part on building up my business, so I would build one restroom for Bobbie. This is not discrimination in the company. I do not try to isolate Bobbie between female and male employees in my company. Following Affirmative Action, I should give to my employees one good environment on working. Everybody is equal. Bobbie is one lady and she needs a private space like other ladies. In my opinion, it is a good solution because other female co-workers feel comfortable when using the restroom. Maybe, they feel shy because they are not sure Bobbie is really a lady on physical, or just dress up like that. It is also a good way to avoid sexual assault in my company. Everybody is protected and has private
