The vice principal should inform the cops incase the harasser/ bully tries to threaten the victim again out of school. If it occurs again than the victim should inform the vice principal to inform the cops. The cops should take the bully/ harasser in because it can lead the victim to have a bad ending. If a student is being harassed on social media and the harasser also attends the same school, then the staff member should tell the harasser to stop. The staff member should inform the harasser on how it can lead to bad endings and how if it continues, actions will taken. If the harasser somehow continues, the harasser should be sent to the vice principal and be suspended. In an extreme situation like making death threats, threats of exposing the victim, or anything too far, the staff member should take the harasser to the vice principal to be expel. In these situations, it is very difficult because if staff members can’t do much then student will become victims. Many teachers have different opinions on handling situations concerning bullying or harassment. Sometimes staff members see it happening, but don’t know what to do other than sending the victim and harasser to a counselor. Even the counselors can't do much or nothing happens and the bullying/ harassing continues. The bully/ harasser becomes more comfortable which makes the situation worst. According to laws, schools have not handle harassment on social media correctly. Most students focus on the little things which often lead to bad endings.
