The three conditions that allow most individuals to commit the fraud are:
1. Pressure- is the motivation behind the crime of fraud and can be either financial pressure, emotional or lifestyle pressure. Financial pressure- is usually personal to perpetrators, and they are too ashamed by the problem that they are unwilling to share with others. This can include money problems such as high financial debt or poor credit ratings. Emotional pressures- perpetrators in this type of pressure commit fraud because of the feelings that they have been treated unfairly by the organization. Examples for this pressure are getting little recognition for job performance or being envious with co-worker that drives an expensive car. Lifestyle pressures-
