Quality of life cannot be similar during late adulthood for all individual. Starting from childhood will determine the type of life a person will live. Cultural, religious, and social factors from early childhood can also influence one’s life in late adulthood. In comparison, a child born into a wealthy family, well brought up, good education, will probably live a better life than a child born into poverty, without proper education. “Children living in low-income families are more than twice as likely to have asthma, a major contributor to school absenteeism, than children in higher-income families”(Kim4). From what I have heard before, a poor family will trade their young daughter to slavery so as to pay a debt owed by the parents. With this, definitely the girl has started a rough life, it might not be possible for her to get out of the slavery, thereby affect her early and late adulthood. In both developed and underdeveloped countries, social exposure and wealth play a vital role in the life of every individual.
