What makes the marines so good? The marines are the first ones to battle in war. Some people don’t think the marines are the best group out their. I know they are the best group because of the things they do in boot camp and in battle that makes them the best. Doing what I love and being able to support myself and loved ones is important to me. I am a very independent person and I like to do things my way. I personally don’t qualify for the military due to of medical issues, but that doesn’t mean that there are no other options. Some people will decide to proceed directly into the workforce right out of high school. There are many jobs that pay well and don’t require a college degree. One of those jobs is an MRI technician. After experiencing elementary and middle school you go to high school where you learn to discover who you are and you will hear from teachers “When you leave this place you are going out into the real world!” My junior year of high school and usually the year for many other students they begin to think about what school they might want to go to. “Now is the time to follow a more specific path. Decide whether you want to pursue full-time employment, further education or training (such as a vocational-technical school, career college, or two-year or four-year college), or a military career. If you’re interested in attending a military academy, talk to your guidance counselor about starting the
I don’t really enjoy picking fights, or committing any acts of violence. Truthfully, if I got into any type of conflict, my lanky body would probably give up on me halfway. That’s what my wife told me after I said I was going to be joining the US armed forces. “Mark, are you an idiot? You can’t even walk without limping, how will you serve our country?!”
From my first semester in college I could not decide what career I want to be in. After a long time thinking and researching I narrowed down my interest to political science, and my interests have directed me towards international relations and laws. I am fascinated by how the states of the world cooperate together to build a safe place for everyone. American government places a huge role in the world and many countries need American Foreign Service to help them with their problems. With the end of highschool and the start of life in the real world looming before me, I am forced to stop and wonder and ponder things such as, am I ready for this, and what the heck am I going to do now and finally where did all that time go. At first when I was looking at life after college I was kind of caught between the choices of either going to college or joining the Armed forces, but, after I sit and ponder for a little while I realize that hey I shouldn’t stress so hard for I could do both first joining the United States Air Force Special Operations and then through the military apply for college which they would pay for. So after I settled that migraine I continued the process and so I could ease my gray hairs I’ve already started on my application process.
Throughout my childhood and adolescent years, I always had a dream of joining the military. Though it was a choice, I still did not have any inside information of what it would be like, and the requirements and specifics of the Army. It wasn't until 2005 when I decided to join the United States Army that all my concerns and questions were answered by a recruit; and I was guided through the whole process to enter and prep for the Army. If it was not for the confidences and motivation of my recruiter back in 2005, I might have not made my leap and probably would not be in this uniform today. Becoming a member of the United States Army recruiting team means having a physical and mental toughness in order to perform efficiently.
