There are plenty of options after high school that do not require college. One of those options is the military. The average salary for a military police sergeant is $29,380. Considering that, it becomes obvious that the military is a fantastic potential career choice. Another benefit of the military is, well, the benefits. The military offers extensive benefits, such as free health care, as well dental care for troops, and their families, as well as paid tuition if college is the route one would like to take. I personally don’t qualify for the military due to of medical issues, but that doesn’t mean that there are no other options. Some people will decide to proceed directly into the workforce right out of high school. There are many jobs that pay well and don’t require a college degree. One of those jobs is an MRI technician. An MRI technician is the person that operates the MRI machine, initiates scans, and transports patients in and out of the machine.
