Recommended: Why is important to show respect in the military
There are around hundreds of Americans that fight for our country every year. These are the people that risk their lives to give all Americans the freedoms and rights that some other countries can only dream about. When they leave to defend the USA they are leaving their family and friends, not knowing if they will come home. However, it’s not just soldiers that defend the country and risk their lives. The police, firefighters, and even EMT’s have the risk of losing their lives when called to duty.
I wod like to thank all the veterans that died in the war felid for are freedom.
Having a good understanding of this will brighten your mind on how much they devote their lives to this. When anyone chooses to go into the military, they will spend many months away from their family and loved ones. These vets defend everyone no matter what race, gender, age, or religion and they show that by giving us back the freedom that they fought for. To
The American government and public have an obligation to honor, assist and protect these brave men and women, especially against
Not many people wake up thinking of the people risking their lives daily. Most of us just think,”should I go to Starbucks or Sonic?” Have you ever had a loved one in the military .I have a lot of relatives who did fight in the military, think of all those soldiers dying and risking their lives for strangers. People they never met and still knowing the risk. Now that is heroism.
In conclusion, we should always remember those who fought and are still fighting for us not just one time a year but everyday. We should be thankful for a veteran, because we have freedom to do the things we love where some countries do not get that privilege. We can hunt , fish, play basketball and see our friends and family. Some countries don’t get the freedom that we do.
Veterans are people who fought for our country. If we didn't have heroes our country would have been taken over. Veterans are heroes because they are confident under pressure, fight for our freedom, and they are sacrificial. First, they are sacrificial because they go into war and fight for our rights. They are confident because when they go into war they do not say that they are going to lose.
I have a few people in my family that are veterans. Their service means alot to me. I admire them for their for their bravery and loyalty to their country. They inspire me in many ways such as to be brave even if the situation requires only a small act of bravery, and to speak out against something I know is wrong. To me veterans need to be honored every day for their service.
Dear Valued veterans/protesters, thank you for the amazing gift that you have brought America. I think that the freedom and qualities really isn’t appreciated enough that you veterans have brought our country. A soldier is a skilled warrior who is willing to serve for their country. There are lots of things that the veterans brought to America, the biggest one is freedom, another one is to vote. I think people should value the veterans a little more.
Us Americans should be helping our troops when they come home. We do not treat our veterans right. They fight for our country, but when they come home they are not treated right. The physical, mental and emotional fatigue that comes with serving in combat is immense and many soldiers see their
Also they have to leave their family. When we see them we should say Hi or hug them. In addition too we should be caring for them because they help people when they get hurt. They save people's lives and they know that when they come back they might not have a job to work at. I want to see a person that's in the army or something.
When fights such as in Iraq, we tend to send others to fight our battles for us like our family members or our friends. These people become soldiers, and I believe we should show better appreciation. So, we all show our appreciation to our soldiers who fight, but not many people express, which is why we created Veterans Day on November 11th. Why should we only show it one day? We should show it every day.
As an American, I believe that the people that have fought in the wars for our country are some of the strongest and some of the most well respected people in this world. My uncle was in the army and because of it, he is a stronger human being. He also is dependable and trustworthy person. He learned that from the places he was at and the things he saw. People that come back from serving might not be the same because of what they saw or what happened to them.
Another way is to pray for the country and its military, this shows American care and want their country to succeed. A prime example of this is Mike Christian; Mike Christian was
In the United States, serving in the military is seen as a model of true patriotism, and rightfully so. Service members train for 10 weeks in their transition from civilian to a soldier. They train to be able to endure all the hardships that may come their way. Service members have to be in the best physical shape to serve and because of all that they do, they are thought of as brave and selfless people. Service members make extreme sacrifices to defend our country and act selflessly by doing so; it is fitting that they are seen as heroes by many Americans.
