Frankie changes her name to F. Jasmine. She may come to a conclusion that her family and friends with see her differently than before. Her family may see that she has grown up, and being a better person. Frankie felt connected to the world now because of the wedding, no more isolation. New name, new me. I observe the way frankie act from part 1 to part 2. Frankie or should i say F. Jasmine has changed drastically: optimistic, friendly, communicating with others rather than berenice and john, no longer antisocial, and she explored. Jasmine meets a soldiers who she has a conversation and a beer with. I can sense that F. Jasmine is interested in the soldiers, because he’s in the marine and she always see grown women walking with soldier, now look at her having a beer with a soldier.
