When Japan and India began to mechanize their cotton industries between the 1880s and 1930s, several similarities and differences surfaced. Both Japan and India’s cotton yarn productions began to increase rapidly, workers in both countries faced similar poor working conditions, and the transaction of workers going from rural to urban areas were protruding. There were many circumstances that motivated workers who went to strike at the Homestead Factory and Pullman Railcar Factory in the early 1890s. For instance, the workers had poor working conditions. Conditions in Carnegie’s factory were harsh. Men often worked seven days a week, twelve hours a day, which was more than double of today’s standard forty-hours of work in a week (Khan 10). A previous steelworker remembered that he lost forty pounds when he worked for the first three months of his job and described the work as a “dog’s life” (Khan 10).
The early 20th century was a great time for America. Industrialization was booming as more and more factories were coming up in the most populous cities. Stockyard jobs were created in exponential numbers, employing many young people as well as immigrants. Hiring these naive individuals allowed for the hierarchical manipulation of these people. The Meatpacking District became a very dangerous area once the automobile was invented because it interfered with the elevated freight trains. Because the trains carried merchandises essential to the lives of most New Yorkers, freight trains were given the right of way to stop wherever they please just to make a delivery. Thus, a ten-car train would be blocking traffic just to deliver the goods. It most likely took longer than 30 minutes to unload the train of the goods to whichever business it delivered to, so the traffic gets overbearingly crowded. Besides the terrible congestion, regular New Yorkers would be in this area because most markets would be located there, so that they could get fresh produce from the local slaughterhouses.

They are responsible for supplying thousands of jobs, donating truckloads of food, and donating millions of dollars to its community members and foundations. The Perdue Family has been influential in the history, development, and current community of the Eastern Shore and Salisbury area.

Now “Broiler Chickens” and farm cows are confined to little spaces and are being fed food that doesn't fit their diet.
Migrant farm workers are individuals who enter the United State or any other country illegally or legally to work in agriculture farms. Most of these farm workers are temporary and some are seasonal workers. There are many issues and challenges facing migrant workers. Migrant farm workers must survive many challenging conditions so that American can have the best selection of all the fresh foods found in farms. The quote supports the thesis for the reason that Napoleon has changed the rules so that he is not breaking them, so that the other animals will not be tempted to confiscate Napoleon's power. Napoleon changes the fourth commandment without the vote of the other animals which leaves the animals no choice but to go along with the change for the reason that the animals have been brain washed.
This leads to many concerns from the public on the physical and mental impacts of captivity on the wild animals.
