Mr.Bradbury was a very successful man in his lifetime. From writing close to thirty novels , and hundreds of short stories. Fahrenheit 451 was one of Mr.Bradbury’s most successful novel along with the Martian Chronicles being his most successful short story. When Mr.Bradbury was twenty-two he decided to ask out his very very first girlfriend, Maggie. Mr.Bradbury was an interesting man. He never had his license , he thought computers were useless, he thought computers were useless, wanted his ashes sent to mars in a soup can. Mr.Bradbury won many awards in his life . His favorite was being named “Ideas consultant” . For being a successful and interesting man there was a lot more to him than just him writing .

He rejected being called a science fiction author. In Mr Bradbury’s younger years he would sell newspapers to be able to support himself. The first short story Mr.Bradbury ever wrote was officially published in 1930, at just the age on eighteen . In 1939 Mr.Bradbury published four of his own fan magazines. Mr.Bradbury never had his license . His fear of driving came from seeing a car accident when he was only sixteen. 1996 he told playboy , “I saw six people die horribly in an accident . I walked home holding on to walls and trees. It took me months to begin to function again . So I don’t drive . But whether I drive or not is irrelevant . The automobile is the most dangerous weapon in out society - cars kill more than wars do” (Bradbury).
